| Computers, Inc. is open from 9AM to 5:30PM Monday through Friday |
| Do I Need to Make an Appointment to Have My Computer Serviced? |
| If you are bringing your computer to be serviced at our store, no appointment is necessary. For house-calls and onsite services, an appointment must first be scheduled. |
| How Can I Get a Service Technician to Come Out to My House? |
| To schedule an on-site appointment, simply call our store, at 410-823-2829, and let one of the Computers Inc. employees know that you would like to schedule an on-site visit, and what days and times you might be available. |
| What Do I Need to Bring When Having My Computer Serviced? |
| Generally, all that is needed when bringing a computer to the store,
is the computer itself. No cables, mice, keyboards, or speakers
are necessary, unless it is believed that the problem is with the
peripherals themselves. If we will be re-installing your operating
system or if you would like any additional software installed, you must
bring a copy of the software itself, along with the supplied product
keys, if applicable. |
| Do You Purchase Old or Used Computer Equipment? |
| Generally, we do not purchase used computers or parts. We do, however, exchange used computers for service when purchasing a new system. For instance, if you were to purchase a new system from Computers, Inc., we would transfer your files and install/configure your software free of charge with the trade-in of your old system. |
