What hours is the store open?

Computers Inc. is open from 9AM - 5PM Mondays Through Fridays, and on occasion is open on Sundays from 10AM - 2PM

Do I need to make an appointment to have my computer serviced?

If you are bringing the computer to be serviced at our store, no appointment is necessary.  For house-calls and onsite services, an appointment must first be scheduled.

What do I need to bring when having my computer serviced?

Generally, all that is needed when bringing a computer to the store, is the computer itself.  No cables, mice, keyboards, or speakers are necessary, unless it is believed that the problem is with the peripherals themselves.  If we will be re-installing your operating system or if you would like any additional software installed, you must bring a copy of the software itself, along with the supplied product keys, if applicable.

How can I get a service technician to come out to my house?

To schedule an on-site appointment, simply call our store, at 410-823-2829, and let one of the Computers Inc. employees know that you would like to schedule an on-site visit, and what days and times you might be available.
