Options:
The first option would be to use our services on an as need basis. Our billable rates are $95 per hour on-site and $75 per hour for carry in service. We do not bill a trip charge but incremental hours that run over 30 minuets are billed as full hours. All our services include free technical support where our clients are welcome to call us with technical software questions and we will do our best to assist or refer them to the proper place.
The second option would be to buy blocks of time. These pre-bought blocks of time would be good for one year. The blocks would be in bundles of 15 hours and discounted at $75 per hour. Service would be billed as like normal, detailing what service was preformed and time would be deducted from the remaining blocks. All service calls would be subject to half a block charge. All service calls would have a guaranteed one-hour return call and an eight-business hour repair limit on warranted equipment. Your staff would also have access to our free technical support.
The last option we offer would be a hardware maintenance package. The agreement would be in line with your original manufacture warranty covering parts and labor. All service calls would have a guaranteed one-hour return call and an eight-business hour repair limit on warranted equipment. Software related issues and non-warranted equipment would be billed at a discounted rate of $75 per hour on-site and for carry-in equipment. Your staff would also have access to our free technical support.
